Mammootty’s film,”Drona 2010″ directed by Shaji Kailas, stars Mammootty in a different kind of a role opposite actresses Navya Nair and Kaniha. The supernatural thriller film will release in 100 centres all over the state.

The biggest hit of the last year ‘Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja” has completed hundred royal days in Kerala theatres. The movie is still running in five release centres where it is completing a historical run.

Malayalam superstar Mammootty pleased all his fans with as many as eight of his films releasing in 2009 but the actor says he was just doing his job. Roshan Andrew’s Ividam Swargamanu features Mohanlal as Mathews a simple common man who is farmer. The movie also features Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Lakshmi Rai and Priyanka Nair as heroines. Thilakan plays Jeremias, his father and Mathews tries to realize his father’s dream of setting up a huge farmhouse with cattle, vegetables and the like, on the banks of the river Periyar. After Bhramaram, Mohanlal comes with a strong and different character.
